Our dog kennel wall liner is designed to protect drywall from overspray in dog washing areas. The thick, durable plastic is waterproof and constructed from HDPE. The material provides excellent dimensional stability and a high level of durability. The plastic is best attached to drywall using screws and washers (not included). The dog kennel wall liner is available in roll widths ranging from 18” to 60” and in 100’ lengths. The liner is also available in varying material thickness from 40 mil to 100 mil. Under standard dog washing environments the 40 mil is adequate for wall protection. Covering a large area is possible with multiple sheets overlapped at the seams.

The HDPE plastic is UV stabilized and made in the USA.

*The widest HDPE roll that we offer is currently 5’ (60 inches).

Please note that we are unable to provide custom roll lengths.

Installation

When installing with a chain link or wire fence:

  • Start by cutting the liner to fit your area
  • Choose and end to start with and drill 2 holes in the liner greater than the width of the wire you are attaching it to and at least one inch from the edge. (This can be reinforced with grommets if needed)
  • Insert a zip tie from the backside of the wire and loop it through the hole and then back through and secure it on the backside every 12"
  • Then repeat the same on the bottom and around the entire wall every 12”
  • Once completed use flush cuts to cut off the excess zip ties and remove any sharp edges

When installing on a solid wall:

  • Start by cutting the liner to fit your area
  • Choose one side to start on and screw to the wall using a roofing screw so it has the waterproofing shank attached to it
  • Screws should be installed top screw, and then bottom screw all the way around the wall every 6" to 12" to help minimize any bubbling
  • In corners where there is a seam (if applicable) it is best to use a waterproofing tape or mastic underneath the barrier and on top of it as well to prevent any water or urine intrusion

Cleaning as needed using warm water and a drop of dish soap if needed. A cotton or microfiber towels works best.
